well, incredibly fine game. a bit short but does that matters.
hm... what is that floating phone? is it useful? I mean, it'll be useless if its only objective is to follow you around and nothing else.

Right now it acts kinda like the mask in crash bandicoot, it indicates if you can take an extra hit or not, but you can't become invincible. However I plan later to have Metroid/Megaman style upgrades that use them. For example, a beam that clears all the enemies on screen or a springboard to get to higher places. Also thanks!

when getting a game over and back to the title screen, when doing the start game it goes back to a game over screen for no reason

maybe eating bugs would increase the time
